Mrs. Ducie Heaney was a life member and past President of the Jefferson Council Garden Club,
life member and past President of Louisiana Garden Club Federation, Inc.,
a life member of the National Council of Garden Clubs,
a past District II Director of the Jefferson Council of Garden Clubs,
and past President of the following:
New Orleans Council, Council of National Judges and Council of Judges;
and Recording Secretary of New Orleans Council of Judges.
She was a Master Flower Show Judge.
