"Hats Off To The Club Presidents!"
Each district will supply 4 decorated hats and the Styrofoam heads that
they will be mounted on for table decorations. Stands to support the Styrofoam
heads will be furnished.
The hats may be decorated according to the choice of the designer(s). Any
type of material may be used; cloth, flowers, plants, ribbon, recycled
materials, etc. The sky is the limit! The Styrofoam heads may be decorated
as well. The designer may choose to put "make-up" on her face,
decoupage tissue, paint, etc. Again, the choice is endless.
The Styrofoam heads may be purchased at wig shops and beauty supply
shops for a few dollars. The hats and heads WILL be returned to the
designers! The name of the designer and the district should be labeled
under the Styrofoam head.
